If you are not a registered user, we can help you find out who takes care of the voice and data jacks for your department. Tell us the building, room, and jack number you need service for, and we'll tell who manages the jack(s).

If you are a registered user, Enter the Service Gateway to

• add telephone or data service to jacks in your work space
• change existing phone or data services
• manage your data work groups
• set access rights for members of your MID

Please note: access to the NTS Service Gateway is based on X.500 authentication.
